- 8am: Yoga & Grounding w/ Emily is Energy
- 9am: Breakfast
- 10.30am: Opening Circle & Intention Setting w/ Alex Mytton
- 11am: Deep Conscious Connected Breathwork w/ Hannah Wood
- 1pm: Lunch
- 3.30pm: Creative Manifestation Workshop w/ Alex Mytton
- 7.30pm: Dinner
DAY 3
- 8am: Spicy Yoga w/ Emily is Energy
- 9am: Light Breakfast
- 11am: Deep Breathwork followed by Ice-bath Therapy
- 1.30pm: Head to the Beach
- 2pm: Lunch Out
- 3pm: Beach Chill (Optional Surf School)
- 6.30pm: Return to villa
- 7.30pm: Dinner

- 9am: Leave for Udawalawe National Park
- 10.30am: Safari Begins
